("EGSE") is a sustainable green energy company with a mission of developing sustainable and innovative solutions within industry.  With a wholly-owned subsidiary in bitcoin mining, EGSE has joined visionaries worldwide in developing a progressive and innovative industry that is poised to revolutionize how we all live.  Through our bitcoin mining projects, we source stranded energy in rural areas for bitcoin mining installations.  We then equip the installations with diverse energy to offset draws on fossil fuel powered grids. With our partners in Toro Energía, a Costa Rican company of which we are 80% owners, we use hydroelectric power for bitcoin mining sourced from our hydroelectric dam in Costa Rica. We continue to develop bitcoin mining installations across the U.S. with this mission of ultimately diversifying power sources and mitigating disruptions and inefficiencies in the grid.
